Delivery & Set Up
Our packages are available to rent for 4 hours of play! We do ask for 1 hour prior and after scheduled time to set-up & pick up!
Must pay a cleaning fee for appropriate package (15% of package price, included in deductible).
Cleaning & Disinfecting
Providing this and other great services for our customers is a great way to keep them coming back for more. Our goal is to make you happy, we disinfect at every set-up upon delivery. All of our equipment is washed and sanitized, at time of delivery and set up everything will be disinfected also. It takes time and effort to keep all of our equipment clean and without damages. We ask for a cleaning fee for appropriate package (15% of package price, included in deductible). This assures us that all of our equipment will be in the same state we delivered it in.

FAQs
What is your policy for damaged products?
A retainer (booking deposit) must be paid at time of booking. Retainers are processed for refund within 48 hours after event, pending no damages or improper usage of the equipment has been made. Cleaning non-refundable deposits are calculated as 15% of package amount ( this amount will be added to the package price invoice). We expect nothing less than for our equipment to be in the state we left it at time of delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Damages
Damages are caused by many things which is why we have rules set in place. Ages 5 and under ONLY No shoes (including parents/adults) No food, drinks, gum, liquids. Nothing should be in the play area besides kids and equipment provided. Adult supervision at all times All equipment must stay in play area provided No leaning on gates No pets, sharp objects, markers, paint, etc. Any damages will be deducted from the damage deductible (booking deposit). Upon any damages or disagreeable conditions any other fees may apply.

Cancellations are available with NO REFUND.
Payments
In order to book a date, a refundable deposit is required. You will receive an email confirming your booking and a short understanding of the final payment due three days prior to your booked date. Before delivery and set-up, invoice must be paid in full. The cleaning fee is rated at 15% of package price and is NON-REFUNDABLE (price will be added to final invoice). The damage deductible (booking deposit) will be refunded 48 hours after pick-up, pending there are no damages or improper use of equipment as well as but not limited to any extra cleaning duties.
